We are working with a just and jeal unheard of the university system, where the department runs from 1030 AM to 5 PM. with all the staff reporting. This institutional support from all the staff in the department has made it a centre for quality research in Statistics and emerging area of Computer Applications namely Software Engineering, Reliability Analysis, Optimization, Soft Computing, database management, artificial intelligence etc.
